• Delivery time after dispatch: India: ~7–10 business days (metros faster). International (if offered): ~10–20 business days, subject to customs/local carriers.
  
• Charges: Shipping shown at checkout; duties/taxes for international orders are paid by the recipient. Fees are non-refundable except for verified damaged/defective/incorrect items.
  
• Tracking: We use third-party logistics; you’ll receive a tracking number. Please provide accurate address/phone to avoid delays.
  
• Unserviceable areas: If your PIN code isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you; order may be cancelled and refunded (shipping refund depends on circumstances).

• Return first: Ship the item back unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. For size-related cases, return shipping is paid by you. Replacement ships after inspection.
• Refunds (exceptional): Only if we can’t replace (e.g., out of stock). Processed after we receive and verify the return, via the original or agreed method.
• Cancellations: Allowed before shipment; post-shipment may not be possible. If delivery is refused, return shipping may be deducted/charged.
