Refund policy
At SSB Jaipur, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. All products sold through our website are offered on an “As Is” basis. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect size, you may request a replacement under the conditions set out below.
1. Submission of Replacement Request :- You must notify us of any discrepancy (defect, damage, incorrect size) within 24 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or return.
2. Replacement Conditions & Limitations :- Replacement is limited to identical products (same style, color, variant) only. We allow replacement only in cases of defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect size delivered. Custom orders, personalized items, or made-to-measure products are not eligible for replacement under any circumstances. No replacement is applicable for accessories. No replacement is applicable for sale / discounted items (unless explicitly stated at time of purchase).
3. Return & Replacement Process :- To initiate a replacement, you must ship the item back to us. The replacement process begins only after we receive and inspect the returned goods. The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received (unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging). If the replacement is due to a size issue, the pickup / return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (you).Once we verify that the returned item meets our conditions, we will dispatch the replacement item.
4. Refunds :- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, it is final and non-refundable. However, we issue a credit note which you may use toward any future purchase on our website.
5. Cancellation Policy :- You may cancel your order before shipment. Contact us promptly to cancel. After shipment, cancellation may not be possible. If you refuse to accept delivery, the return shipping cost may be deducted from any refund or held with us, as per our discretion.
6. Damaged / Defective Items :- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us photos and description within 24 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging and the product itself for inspection. If validated, we will replace the item under the conditions above.
7. Conditions for Ineligibility :- We will not accept replacement or refund requests in the following cases: Request made after 24 hours of receiving the product Item is damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling Tags removed, item washed, altered, or used Custom / personalized items or made-to-measure items Accessories or sale / discounted items (unless explicitly allowed) Items are missing original packaging
