2.1 For Ready-to-Ship products, orders are typically dispatched within 10 - 15 business days of order placement, provided the product is in stock.
2.2 For Made-to-Order, Customized, or Special-Design items, dispatch may require additional time depending on the design, materials, and production schedule. We will communicate the estimated dispatch date for such orders via email or through customer care.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
3.1 For deliveries within India, after dispatch, delivery times typically range from 7-10 business days, depending on location (metropolitan areas usually faster; remote/rural areas longer).
3.2 For international orders (if applicable), delivery time after dispatch is typically 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country, customs, and local postal/logistics service.
3.3 Estimated timelines will be provided to you at order confirmation or dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery Charges
4.1 Shipping fees depend on the product type, weight, size, and delivery location.
4.2 Shipping charges will be computed at checkout and must be paid by you.
4.3 For international shipping, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4.4 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect (subject to verification and our return policy).
5. Order Processing, Tracking & Logistics
5.1 We partner with third-party logistics providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ship and deliver orders.
5.2 Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track delivery status via the logistics provider’s website or system.
5.3 You must ensure that the shipping address, contact name, phone number, and other delivery details provided are complete and accurate. If these are incorrect, delayed delivery or failed delivery may occur, and we shall not be liable for such issues.
6. Unserviceable Areas6.1 Certain PIN codes or geographic areas may be unserviceable due to logistics restrictions. If your delivery address falls in such an area, we will notify you at order time or as soon as possible.
6.2 If your address is unserviceable, we may cancel the order and refund the order amount (excluding or including shipping fees, depending on circumstances).
7. Delivery Attempts & Failure to Accept Order
7.1 If you are not available to accept delivery, our Logistic Partner(s) will typically attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If both attempts fail and no alternative arrangements are made, we may cancel the order and return the product to us.
7.2 In such a case, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost or restocking fees, as per our policies.
8. Delays & Exceptions
8.1 While we strive to deliver by the estimated timeline, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Political disturbances, strikes, or labor issues
- Customs or regulatory delays (for international shipments)
- Logistics disruptions
8.2 We will make reasonable efforts to inform you via email or phone of any significant delays.
9. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

9.2 We will arrange for a replacement at our discretion, following verification.
9.3 Please retain the original packaging and product for inspection, if requested.
10. Cancellation & Returns Shipping
10.1 Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Once it goes into process, cancellation will not be possible.
